my oscar two-cents

i know i am a week late, but i thought it'd be fun to do my own little take on Oscar fashion. i wanted to do something slightly different though. so, these are party pics, mostly younger hollywood that i *love* haha. people who didn't go to the ceremony, just the PARTIES. i thought i'd just focus on the less seen fashion that i was captivated by.

Copykitten Selma Blair may have the same waist size as Dita Von Teese but one (pair) of these things is not like the others....

Hayden proves she is ALWAYS an invincible cheerleader. silver was a cleve, youthful and fun choice.

Penelope changed, sometimes change is not GOOD. is it two dresses? and after that dreamy Versace Atelier...

Winona Ryder looked cutesy but drab *colour won't kill her* and is it just me or do her tits look huge *perhaps fake* these days. i refuse to comment on the man with her, i miss her dating indie rock stars.

What was Rashinda Jones thinking? *is she preggers?* but Ms. Natalie P was classic, all the way to her scarlet fingertips. (but HONESTLY, what are they doing posing with Mr. Sly Foxx himself? ew) P.S. portman's eye make-up is to die for. *damn*

since, i paid no mind to the dresses.stars who were covered by the media masses visually, i will briefly verbally give them just my one-cent.
*kudos to gwyneth for wearing *gorg* zac posen two weeks after we saw it on the fall runway.
*ms. dunst, you may have been wearing Chanel Haute Couture but that quirky collared dress look doesn't even really work on size 0, 6 ft french girls. however, it is a handsewn.crafted masterpiece of ART. sigh.
*muchos kudos to Maggie G. and Emily Blunt for their *NAVY* invasions. proenza schouler and calvin klein respectively and slimming perfection.

what not to wear's Stacey London even tried to jump on the navy/black bandwagon, much less successfully. that huge smile did NOT help.
