to let go isn't to forget, not think about or ignore. it doesn't leave feelings of anger, jealousy or regret. letting go isn't about winning or losing. its not about how you appear and its not about obsessing or dwelling on the past.

some vintage prada for you to feast on. the deep jewel tone colours, the ethnic prints. sheen of the fabrics, the box shift dress shape, strappy interesting shoes, the hot pants (short shorts?), cinched belted waists, turbans. all so now, so relevant. so retro. so easy to re-interpret and make your own. this summer is all about those legs. i am so inspired by these images...more from this collection. it really was phenomenal. it moves me. (unfortunately in the shopping direction, fortunately into some new styles)

a classic. (often found as my desktop tile) this is an OLDIE but such a GOODIE from the satorialist. (scott) such a fav. the shoes featured will be timeless to me despite the waves of fashion, the v shape and women's depth is perfection. seriously. he is genius i wish i had his job or facehunter's (ivan) sigh. one day, i am going to try start carrying my camera in my purse when i am around new york city. i am literally in all of the borroughs (i was in four today alone) , thank goodness though rarely i work staten island but i hear the beaches are beautiful and empty. i saw the cutest boy in harlem, with this awesome red 'i love harlem' shirt and red tight jeans and rainbow studded belt. it was priceless. next time i promise to capture him and people like him on film.

i want this jacket, i didn't properly categorize this...i think it was Matthew Williamson. speaking of which, i need to check out his ENTIRE line for H&M, i want something from it, even though its pricey. so springy and colourful and funky fresh fun

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress (More threeeeees weee!) erin featherson and oh so flowy and i love the flowers, abstract but small enough for details, this will be so cute with gladiators (BUT not tacky high silver ones like i saw on this girl on 14th street this evening, TACKYYYYYYY and didn't even match her outfit, thus ruining a sweet little pink delicate sundress....but yeah) or nude pumps/heeled strappy sandals.....oh spring/summer come hither with your colour and wispy winds
